Child Safety Standards
ReelMind's zero-tolerance standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation.
English
1. Scope and Commitment
ReelMind has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to the ReelMind mobile application, related APIs and public pages, and all user-generated content and social features, including profiles, opinions, comments, mentions, and attached images.
For these standards, a child is anyone under 18. ReelMind is not designed specifically for children, but these protections apply regardless of a user's stated age and regardless of whether a child has an account.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
ReelMind prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered, illustrated, computer-generated, or AI-generated depictions of a child in a sexually explicit context, as well as links, instructions, or requests intended to locate, obtain, create, or exchange such material.
ReelMind also prohibits grooming, sextortion, sexualization of a child, trafficking or solicitation of a child for sexual purposes, attempts to arrange sexual contact with a child, coercing a child to create or share sexual content, threats to distribute intimate material, and any other content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Attempts to facilitate, normalize, promote, conceal, or evade enforcement of prohibited child-safety content or conduct are also prohibited.
3. How to Report a Concern
In ReelMind, use the action menu on an opinion, comment, attached image, or user and choose Report. You can also block a user to stop further interaction. These reporting controls are available inside the app.
You may report child-safety concerns directly to abuse@reelmind.net. Include the relevant ReelMind username, content or profile link when available, the approximate time, and a short description. Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM to an email.
If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. An in-app or email report to ReelMind is not a substitute for emergency assistance.
4. Review and Enforcement
ReelMind prioritizes child-safety reports and may restrict content visibility while a report is reviewed. Depending on the circumstances, ReelMind may remove or disable access to content, restrict interactions, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve relevant records where legally permitted.
When ReelMind obtains actual knowledge of CSAM, it will act in accordance with these standards and applicable law. This includes removing or disabling access to the material and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority where required by law.
ReelMind may cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement and child-safety authorities while limiting disclosure to information that is legally required or necessary to protect a child.
5. Privacy and Victim Protection
Child-safety reports and related records are handled on a need-to-know basis. ReelMind seeks to minimize unnecessary copying or exposure of harmful material and to protect the privacy and dignity of victims and reporters, subject to legal preservation and disclosure duties.
Do not publicly identify a child, suspected victim, or reporter in an opinion, comment, profile, or other ReelMind content.
6. Child Safety Point of Contact
The designated ReelMind contact for users, app stores, child-safety organizations, and authorities is abuse@reelmind.net. This contact is used for potential CSAE or CSAM notifications and questions about ReelMind's review and enforcement procedures.
General support questions can be sent to support@reelmind.net. Privacy and personal-data requests can be sent to privacy@reelmind.net.
7. Updates
ReelMind may update these standards as the service, applicable law, and child-safety practices evolve. The current version and update date are shown at the top of this page.
